The traditionally exquisite cooking of Malabar demands a range of unique and premium ingredients in the kitchen to carry the exotic tastes to the awaiting palates. Founded in 2003, Amis Food Products originated as a one-employee mill in Kannur that produced rice powder (Amis Pathiri Powder), a prime ingredient in the various pathiris that are the breakfast staple in Malabar households.
The core character of this design is Premium Culinary Authenticity, aiming to position the product as the essential, high-quality ingredient for a specific, traditional dish—Biryani.
